Any individual items purchased over the value of £100 does not incur a delivery charge. Also, the items are sourced and delivered from different stores across the UK as per their availability so as per our policy, items valued up to £100 will incur a delivery charge of £1.95 per individual item. It completely kills the idea of purchasing multiple low cost items as you end up paying way over the odds for them with the individual delivery charges. You could buy 5 items that could be posted together for around £3.20 and end up paying 5x £1.95. Went through my wishlist which is set up with email reminders yesterday and over two dozen items had been restocked and I’ve not been alerted about any of them.ĬEX also needs to figure out something with their delivery charges because ordering multiple items and having to pay individual delivery charges on each item is ridiculous. The email reminders for items coming in stock rarely work. Has no copy/ paste at the login screen so you can’t save time on your details. It never remembers your login details so you have to go through that process every time you open it. Every time you start the app you have to go through the introduction of how to use the app. CEX tell you to reinstall the app if this happens, but that doesn’t help. Also if I search an item I’ve previously saved it shows the heart ❤️ symbol, go to saved and still nothing there □□♂️ Even if I save some thing new then go to saved there’s nothing there! I’ve tried deleting the app and signing back in and all the usual fixes and still no joy. My issue is with the latest update all my saved items have disappeared. I really like the app and enjoy shopping in the different stores and also don’t mind buying online even with the dearer postage prices even though I do believe that if multiple items come from the same store they should combine the cost.
